My positionality:

I am a 19 year old upper-middle class Hispanic female that's grew up somewhat sheltered. That "shelterness" is one of the main reasons I want to tackle this topic. I wasn't (and still not) on soical media like the average teenager in this day in age. I want to use my personal experiance as an example of what a young adult that not only never become a child star, but use soical media in general.
